Returns Policy
Refunds are accepted for items that are returned in their original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund please contact hello@blushandearth.co.uk within 24 hours of your order arriving.
-Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Exchanges not accepted.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the item(s) is not returned in its original condition or it falls outside the specified return window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, fully intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@blushandearth.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you do have any queries regarding your order please contact us within 24 hours of your order arriving.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
